Be advised all allowances are estimated to
accommodate an 80’ x 125’ lot, and are not contractual agreements, and may
go up per clients choices and decisions. If construction scenarios
require an increase in some of the above allowances, client will be
notified before performed and will have permission before it takes place.
Prices are based prior to soil perk test, performed by Highlands County
Health Department (if septic system is applicable), which depicts the
amount of fill required to accommodate septic system, and or fall to
sewer, please see excavation allowance above. We at Upland Homes reserves
the right to change quoted price before signing of contract due to
material cost increases we may incur. If underground power is wanted,
there is a fee from the power company that must be paid by owner, as well
as water meter hook up fees if applicable. Well for dinking water
purposes is not included in above allowance, and most likely will increase
cost.
